Eyecenter Tielt evolved in 2020 from group of eye doctors to the medical and en paramedical center Euromedics.
The address is :Deken Darraslaan 104 - 8700 TIELT
THE NAME Euromedics is choosen because of the fact that Tielt is already since 1959 a "European city" . Tielt was and is so one of the early fans of the European unification. This resulted in yearly “European feasts” and an “European district” in Tielt. Many businesses in Tielt use the word “Euro” in their name, like Euromedics.

Euromedics is a medical and paramedical center, that has grown around the new "eye center" of Tielt. Because of that , you can conclude that Euromedics is mostly an “Eye Center” . It must be said that the Eye center has the ambition to be the motor and the heart of an entity of independent specialists (medici and paramedici), who can help the “eye patients” (for instance diabetici) additionally . So is there since 2019 already a complimentary team of experienced specialist available . They know each other and can easily discuss cases. This helps for a better service . Of course the patient is COMPLETELY FREE to choose his own specialists. Therefore the cabinets of the “non ophthalmologists” are reachable by the entrance door at Deken Darraslaan 104, while the Eye center has his own entrance at the backside of the building : Pittemse Steenweg 1
